Your system is not covered until it has passed the initial service
Adjustments to time and temperature controls
Any domestic water supply from the hot water cylinder or the gas appliance up to and including the taps.
The cold water supply tank, its feed and outlets.
Initial Service
Before we can provide cover, a full safety inspection is conducted of your system to make sure that it is safe and in good working order.
Where problems are identified, we will inform you what is required and the cost of bringing the system up to an acceptable standard. Alternatively you can refer payments and obtain a 2nd opinion if you so wish.
(A payment of £45 is made to the engineer upon his initial attendance which covers the cost of the service and gas safety check - this payment is deducted from your annual maintenance fee if you decide to take up cover)
Even if you decline our cover you save £20 on our standard service charges.
Effectively by taking away the cost of your Boiler service you are getting 12 months peace of mind for as little as £135 or £11.25 a month.
We strongly advise that where you have gas appliances fitted you install a carbon monoxide alarm for your own safety.
